Los Angeles Grain Convening

Angelenos, you'll find me in your town next month! The Gourmandise School in Los Angeles invited me to speak at their upcoming Grain Convening. The day is dedicated to providing hands-on workshops to show people how to bake bread and pastries, make pasta, and cook with whole grains.
