Have you ever had Mike Zakowski’s bread? You’re missing out on some inventive, genius whole grain bread. It’s still real bread — yeast, flour, water, salt, but put together in a way you’ve never seen before. Mike’s graciously opened up his bakery for a Flatbread Feast on Sunday, June 25th. He’ll fire up his oven for flatbreads, as well as make some rye wort ice cream topped with puffed Chiddam Blanc de Mars. There’ll be local beer and sides so that it truly is a feast.
